Tamera Seevers Bio:
Tamera Seevers; born in Colorado.
National, award winning artist, she attended Columbine High School where she was introduced into the world of art and design. She received a Design Award in Jewelry her senior year. Studying architectural design in College she determined that other mediums would express her true love of nature, style and design. She is experienced and self taught in several different artistic mediums which include jewelry, stained glass art, photography and pyrography. She has successfully sold her art in Colorado and around the country.
Her accomplishments; include television appearances- KUSA 9 News and KWGH News 2, works published in 5280, San Francisco Arts Monthly and Alaska Airline Magazine. She has received Best of Show in the well respected Downtown Denver Art Festival. Tamera receives a number of invitations each year for demonstrations and exhibits. She is recognized by the American Craft Council as one of the 250 leading American artist.
Her most recognized art pieces are her carvings on ostrich egg shell and reverse intaglio in gemstones.
